Seminar Cancellation Policy

Richard Jackson Seminars (RJS) reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, RJS will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course.

Registrants cancelling outside of two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course may receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee, transfer to another course without penalty or keep a credit with us for a future course without penalty.

Registrants cancelling within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course are not eligible to receive any refunds. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Registrants who do not show up for a course have 1 week (7 calendar days) after the course to notify us their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 7 days will forfeit all funds.
